Storefront Systems and Service Co., Inc. was conceived by some of the leading retailers in our industry. An opportunity arose almost 10 years ago for the creation of this company, and with the experience of the owners and suggestions from retail maintenance and construction managers, a national maintenance organization was born.
Highlighting on major retail maintenance concerns, we focused on creating scheduled maintenance and emergency service programs individualized to better serve the retailer's interest.

A member of our office team handles each service request received. An attempt is made to resolve the problem without dispatching a technician if possible. No answering services or paging systems, direct contact.

Every Maintenance Request Is Entered Into Our Database

On-call staff utilizes the database for every service request, even evening and weekend calls. This avoids repeat service calls, assures warranty service when applicable, and notifies clients of potential product abuse.

Fast Response To Service Requests

Within the hour for emergency situations. Within twenty-four hours on standard requests.

Component Inventory

Unlike manufacturers, we have NO minimum order costs. When only one small component is required, you pay for just one, not a $55.00 minimum charge.
We respond to service the initial problem. If a request is made for additional work on other store related issues, corporate approval is required before proceeding, except in emergency situations.

Our entire staff treats YOUR stores and concerns as if they were OUR stores and concerns. We handle EVERY service request with your best interests in mind.
